4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
