1. Order Processing Time

Processing Window: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days

Operating Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

High Volume Periods: During peak holiday seasons, major promotional sales, or festivals, processing times may be extended by an additional 2 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Costs & Methods
We partner with India's leading courier services (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Xpressbees) to ensure reliable handling of your packages. We offer the following shipping structures:

Standard Shipping: Delivery via our regular domestic networks.

Cost: SHIPPING COST: Free for orders over ₹499, otherwise a flat fee of ₹50.

Express Shipping: Faster priority transit for urgent orders (available at checkout for select PIN codes).

Cost: EXPRESS SHIPPING COST: Flat fee of ₹120.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, the estimated transit times are as follows:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3-4 business days.

Rest of India: 4-7 business days.

Remote Regions & North-East India: 7-10 business days.
4. Tracking Information
We believe in total transparency. You won’t have to guess where your order is:

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and SMS containing your unique tracking number and a direct tracking link.

You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time through the link provided or by logging into your Merivo account dashboard. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier portal.
5. International Shipping

Current Status: At this moment, Merivo operates exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping outside of Indian borders. We look forward to expanding our services globally in the future!
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
Your peace of mind is our priority. If your delivery encounters a bump in the road, here is how we handle it:

Unexpected Delays: Unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions, local lockdowns, public holidays, or transit disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience during these rare events.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details! If you spot an error, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to fix it.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking link shows your package was "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if your package arrives physically damaged, please reach out to our support team within 24-48 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier and send you a replacement.
